The workbook for starting your life before you feel better.

Someone once asked me what I'd been up to, and the only things I could think of were doctor appointments and being sick. If that sounds familiar, this workbook is for you.

Life, Unpaused walks you through finding the things you've put on hold, figuring out what you really miss about them, and shrinking them down until they fit the body you have right now. Then, one week at a time, you take them off the shelf.

Inside:

Part 1, Notice: the "What have you been up to?" test, a 3-day Drift Log, and your week in a circle
Part 2, Unpack: your On-Hold Shelf, what waiting has cost, and the feelings you're really after
Part 3, Shrink: the 2% Battery Method, shrink worksheets, drift swaps, and a "What if I crash?" plan
Part 4, Unpause: a 6-week plan with a planning page and a reflection page for every week
Part 5, Keep going: your Done Waiting Manifesto, a plan for when the waiting comes back, and cut-out answer cards

A 37-page printable PDF (US Letter). Print it, or write right on it in GoodNotes, Notability, or Samsung Notes. Every session is 10 minutes or less, and the plan never resets if a week falls apart.

Made by Mo, 11.5 years sick and done waiting. Lived experience and general skills, not therapy or medical advice.

Instant digital downloads for low-battery days. Printable and phone-friendly.
